What underwear do you wear under your leggings when working out? (I’m asking for a friend!)

I CAN NOT swear a thong ever to workout! Also thongs are not that... hmmm how do I word this... they can cause yeast infections (worse case scenario) . I wear them for play only. 
At the gym, work and around the house aka 24/7 besides in bed give me some 100% cotton VS boy shorts or a hip hugger. 😊
They are sexy af I know! But they are so uncomfortable! 
That’s just me though. ♥️

I workout at home and wear thongs and leggings. If I'm in public I wear sweats and granny panties 😂😂
