Related to yeast infection?

So I think I have a yeast infection. I have random pings of pain in my vagina. Its red and itchy and I have weird discharge. But what is concerning me is I reached in there to feel around and felt something spongy on the side that felt swollen and I could move it and it would hurt to touch or move it. Its not my cervix because my cervix is low and hard rn. Ive felt this before nd it hurt to touch. Is it related to the yeast infection? Or see doctor?
