Provera/femara

I take Provera to jumpstart my period and letrozole(femara) to ovulate. My blood work came back I did not ovulate and my gyno said if I didn’t get a positive pregnancy test by CD 35 to start the next cycle. I have taken all 5 Provera pills and usually get my period by now......typically day four or five. I am now 4/5 days late past my expected period and still negative tests! I’m going crazy. I am symptom spotting like crazy but feel so out of whack. Anybody else experience this ?
