Acne at 6 weeks

Please help! I’m around 6 weeks (haven’t been to OB yet) & I’ve broken out soooo bad. Everyone is commenting on it! I have fair skin, & this is my second pregnancy. Did not break out like this the first time! Hoping someone has suggestions to what may be of help!
