Starting clomid

So I started clomid last night and had no side effects so far, I know still early on. I go in Friday morning for an ultrasound and blood work to see where I’m at and also to know when to take my trigger shot. Anyone else just starting? Any advice, tips or tricks for this cycle to be successful?
