How much would you charge?

Not sure what to pay a high school babysitter for the summer. I them 3 days a week for my son who will be a year in June. An 8 hour day. They’d also have to let our dogs out or let them be outside most of the day if it’s nice enough. They’d be coming to our home, but they live in the same town and it’s a small town so not much driving for them. How much do you think I should charge? I’d also probably provide they’re lunch. We live down the street from the park and have a pool so wouldn’t have to travel for activities.
