Miscarriage on Mirena?

Has anyone had a miscarriage on the Mirena IUD? I went the the ER last night because i has been having extreme sharp pains in my uterus and fleshy type blood clots.. i explained to them i got the mirena on Valentine’s Day of this year and i just had a baby in December. Since i got the mirena put in i had one period start up directly after getting it inserted. It was maybe 3 days long then light spotting to nearly nothing for about 2 days then started it back up extremely heavy it hasn’t stopped since. I had sex the day before Valentine’s Day. And once in January on like the 28th.. Other than that nothing. I’ve been in to much pain and it just continues to get worse and worse and worse. The Er didn’t check anything besides my vitals then the dr on call said it was most likely my body rejecting the IUD so he removed it. The bleeding has increased and I’m still having fleshy blood clots... not very big clots at all.. help please i don’t have insurance on myself just on Baby.. i can’t afford insurance for myself since the state won’t cover me. I don’t want to go to my primary or OB if it’s nothing and it’s just a period I’ve never had before.. thank you..
