Worst situation ever

I'm honestly in tears. I'm just shy of being 10 weeks pregnant. I found out I was pregnant about 6 weeks ago. Had a bit of a fight with the father because I told him I'm keeping the baby. he was a little shell shocked but he's come around in recent days. But the issue is. My best friend who is in the UK asked me to be her MOH for her next fall (2019). I said yes but the planning and such has already begun and she wants me to come so she can show me her venue and go dress shopping with her and such this year. But I will be big and pregnant by then and close to my no fly dates. I don't want to break her poor heart. I haven't told family or friends yet (waiting until I finished my first trimester) I feel like the worst friend ever because I might not be there to dress shop with her
