I hope everything works out

So to start. In October I was 19 weeks pregnant when I went into the hospital. I miscarried my first daughter. She was born October 3rd with two heart beats. Jan 30th I had spotting two drops and really light only 3 days. Only 9 days in between my next February 11th I started bleeding and bleed for two weeks straight. 8 days later yesterday I started bleeding again. Scared I went to the emergency room. They took my blood and ran a blood pregnancy test. It came back positive. I have a doctors appointment on Thursday the 8th. I’m 8 weeks pregnant and scared I’ll miscarry again. I hope I don’t and that this pregnancy ends well.
