First Cycle after VR

My husband had his VR at the beginning of Feb. and this is our first cycle ttc, everything went great in his surgery, but am I giving myself false hope to think we could get pregnant the first cycle? I ovulated last week and we BD everyday during ovulation, my period isn’t due until next week... has anyone had a positive the first cycle after VR?
