Bleeding?

So my first child I had I bled when my period was due my first and second month it was brown and dark brown bleeding for about a week but everything was fine. I'm currently 7 weeks and still waiting for my insurance to let me see an obgyn and just have insurance in case of an emergency. I've had slow bowel movement and have been gassy had pink spotting that went away then brown spotting that turned into dark red and I've been bleeding like I'm starting my period. Not heavy or clots but just like a light period somewhat. No cramps or discomfort but I am worried. I have been having hot flashes and nausea still and I'm just wondering if anyone else has had anything like this or any thoughts I know some people in my family have had their period while pregnant I'm just scared of miscarrying!!
