Terrified to transition to crib...
So my boy is just over 7 months old now. He's still in my bedroom in his bassinet next to my bed. He's small, so he still fits in there nicely. He's starting to sprawl out more and I'm thinking it's time for his crib. I am absolutely TERRIFIED to not have him next to me. We had a lot of scares with him since he was born as he always woke up choking on spit up. And I mean gasping and gagging and tears with wide eyes and turning a purpley red kind of choking. It was terrifying. We've recently gotten his spit up under control thanks to the similac spit up formula, and he hasn't woken up like that since *knock wood*. I just don't know how I can handle having him in a separate room from me. Any advice?
