When my son was in the NICU I barely ate at all (lost all pregnancy weight plus 20lb) in 2 months I pretty much ate an apple before I left the house at 6am and didn’t eat anything for the rest of the day and was producing 5-6oz per pump if not more, now that we are home and I’m eating every meal and snacks I produce 1-2oz per pump (I’ve always pumped consistently, every 3 hours). So in my experience it will not effect the amount you produce, but probably effect the quality.
