g for a baby and this pregnancy and i know how to do it, as my midwife showed me (clean hands, yada yada). not to mention baby has felt SO low the last few days. I can literally feel the head by inserting my finger maybe two inches deep. (threw the uterine wall, not the actual head). I'm 36w 3d with my 2nd babe. it's gotten to the point where baby is so low im peeing myself WITHOUT sneezing or coughing or laughing. just walking will cause it. has anyone ever used a belly band to help relieve the pressure? it doesn't hurt so much alos it is uncomfortable and my preggo waddle is insane lol my hips feel like they cant get any further apart lol
