Newbie - weight loss
Hi there, my name is Maegann. I'm new to working out, eating right, all that jazz. I'm only 20 y/o, 5'7, first time mommy, but I weigh 256lbs... I'm heavier than I was when I was 9 months pregnant. I have PCOS and Muscular Dystrophy. I guess I'm posting to get tips on how to get started & stay motivated.
