Anyone else have a massive migraine and a fever or is it just me?

I already took ibuprofen at 4  and my migraine never left, but my fever is back. Fml

Crazy weather/storms/snow make my migranes bad. 200mg ibuprofen, 1g paracetamol and a full sugar soft drink with a couple hours sleep help me. Feel better girl 😘
