Any Italy travel experts?

I apologize if this is the wrong group. All the travel groups only had a few people in them.

But, my question is this. We have decided to elope in Italy in August. We are looking for a good location to rent a nice house for a week where we’ll be able to really experience “Tuscany” lifestyle. I like the idea of the ocean being close but I also want somewhere remote and not too busy. Does anyone have any suggestions? I honestly don’t know a thing about the country (although I’m in the process of learning) and don’t know where to begin. Does anyone have any recommendations? I like the idea of the wine and olive vineyards and more of an “old school” feel but the coastlines look beautiful as well. Thank you!! I’ve started doing online research but there is SO MUCH so any person experience would help!!
