Cycles after uterine polyp removal?

Okay so here we go...

I had a polyp removed January 17th. Everything Went beautifully. I have a question for anyone who too has had one removed. How was your first period after? My first period after would have started around the 10th of February. Instead it never started and around the time it should have instead it felt like I was about to start. So for almost a month now everyday it feels like I’m either on my period or about to start. But no show. I’ve worn a pad everyday just in case cause of how it feels!

Ended up spotting a week after my missed period for like an hour and half to 2 hours. Only when I wiped ( sorry if TMI)

I’m just wondering if anybody has had this happen to them? I know I’m not pregnant cause I just took a test today and it was negative 😕
