BF babies still waking at night?

My gal is 9 months and on a good night she still wakes 3 times a night to nurse. She goes to bed at 7:30, wakes at 11pm, 2am, 5am, and up for the day at 7:30am. 
My husband went on a work trip last week and she stayed perfectly an schedule. But, since he returned she's been up every 2 hours every night! I hate to go through sleep training if this is a phase that will take care of itself, but at 9 months, I feel like she should be sleeping better on her own...

Every one to two hours here. Ugh. I know he needs it to sleep not for hunger but he’s only a baby for a little while longer so I’m going with the flow for now.

It’s normal. My son is almost 10 months and still has 3 night feedings. Doesn’t bother me much because I just pop my boob in his mouth and he falls right back to sleep and is done feeding within 5-10 mins. Even on the rare nights that he doesn’t wake up that many times, I find myself waking up anyways. So it doesn’t bug me. If it bugs you then try to wean him from his night feedings.

Still nursing at least 3 times at night as well. In bed no later than 8pm then up at 10pm, midnight, 2:30am. And she'll sleep till 9am.

My BF baby still wakes three times a night. It was only twice a night until he hit the eight month sleep regression and since then it’s been pretty consistent at 12, 4, and 6 am wakeups before getting up for the day at 7:30.
It’s exhausting but when dad tries to comfort him at night he gets SO much more upset and then is awake for hours so I just nurse him and back to bed

Same! Thank you for posting because I keep feeling like we’re the only ones. My daughter is up 3-5 times a night... it’s rough but I keep thinking she’s almost a year already and I know this won’t last forever. I tried not nursing her a few times and it was awful! I think with teething, developmental milestones and just wanting that comfort it’s totally normal. I’m curious how much other babies are eating? My girl eats 3-5 oz of puréed food 3 times a day. The doctor said I should be increasing it... she eats but is very distracted. We tried finger foods but she doesn’t put them in her mouth... just wipes them off the table.

She’s not going to sleep better if you’re still feeding her every time she wakes. At this point, she’s wasn’t our of habit rather than becuae she’s hungry.

It is completely normal for breastfed babies to not sleep through the night. My daughter is 9 and a half months and wakes about the same. Night feeding keeps your supply up so I wouldn't start sleep training yet.
