Helppp!! super worried

Thursday night me and my partner did not have intercourse but he did finger me pretty rough. The next morning i woke up noticing blood and today it continued to be a light pinkish. Last time i had sex was in january and i did get my period after. I am still quite scared that i am pregnant and i am worrying a lot right now. Considering people said that the pinkish blood is implantation bleeding and it comes a few days before your period and my period is supposed to start tm. Should i be worried?! help i don’t want to be pregnant
