Anyone else's skin fold over the incision ?

I was told to blow dry it after showers and I have been BUT they other day while blow drying it I got a whiff of a really bad Oder. I had my husband look at it for redness or oozing and he said it looked great but he did lean close and said it smelled. 😑😑😑 this happen to anyone ?  I'm having a lot of pp night sweats so maybe it's not staying dry.

I had a yeast infection on mine where it smelled terrible but looked normal

I kept a pad in between the roll to keep it dry and keep it from hurting

Same happened to me with the nasty smell doctor gave me antibiotics and within a week the smell went away. I had an infection but it's all better now!

I was never told to blow dry. But I would dab with a towel (lightly press) after showers. I also had pads press against the incision to soak up any excess water and to keep it dry throughout the day because of sweat etc. It never smelled, I never had irritation or anything oozing. It sounds like an infection possibly because of smell. Also, I’d recommend trying to keep it as dry as possible.

I was told to blow dry but it never smelled. mine did ooze a TINY TINY BIT and my Dr ended up prescribing antibiotics just in case.

I washed it with baby soap (just using my hands lightly) and then when i get out of the shower i patted it dry gently. I was also told to lay flat and let it air out for about 30 min everyday until the steri stips came off (which was around day 10)
