Miscarriage?
I just got my positive results tonight before dinner. I was told my blood quant test came back at a level 8 which put me at about 3 to 4 weeks. We ate dinner came home everything normal and fine I woke up with what felt kinda like cramps and gas so went to the bathroom released a lot of gas had BM and then wiped what I thought would be pee and had this. I know it's common to miscarry this early but I'm just hoping it's not.
