Insight needed PLEASE! Someone. Anyone.

This was my last PERIOD. I spotted 1/25-2/3 but it was only when I wiped , a liner/pad/tampon wasn’t even needed. Period was due 2/2 as you can see , tested 2/3 and was negative. Spotted again for 1 day on 2/20(again no pad or anything needed) , it’s now March 10th with no period and no more spotting. Tested this past Tuesday and got another negative. I had my daughter 4 years ago so I don’t really remember the first signs I had with her . Etc. I’m tired of being let down, I do know that.
