Is this normal??

So I just recently started back on birth control just so I could have a lighter period and I’m doing Nuva ring and last month I guess I waited too late to take it out for my period bc when I took it out my period didn’t come (mind you when my period was supposed to come I had the ring in and I had cramps like I had my normal cycle but I never bled) so I basically I didn’t have a period for feb now it’s March and my period isn’t due for another week or so but I’m having a reddish brown discharge like my period is coming but I still have the ring in, is this normal?? Should I just take it out now so I can have my period?? 🤔🤔🤔🧐
