Any ladies w/thyroid goiter?

I know this isn’t really an eve topic but I’m having an ultrasound tomorrow for a possible goiter. I went to the doctor because I feel like I’m being choked - my throat is so tight and I’m snoring - even when I’m awake. I thought it was allergies but she felt my neck and said I have a goiter.

Has anyone else experienced this choking sensation? It’s so awful! What did they do for you?
