Not something I ever imagined posting about, but omg 😮 at the constipation!

Any Aussies with suggested safe products to use during pregnancy? I’m desperate. I’m eating well, but it’s not enough.

I’ve been so scared reading about hemorrhoids that some suffer from and now I’ve become one of them during my 10th week. There are SO many weeks to go and I’m terrified what is going to happen to my poor bottom (and what it’ll look like!) by the time this baby comes.

Any remedies to ease the swelling? Does it settle?
