Diaphragm as contraception method
I’m researching about different contraception methods and trying to figure out what’s good for me.
Does anyone use or has used a diaphragm as their contraception method? I’ve never really heard of anyone using it before but I like that it’s hormone free.
Is it a good method in your opinion? What are you’re experiences with it?
