Not sure what’s going on 🤷🏻‍♀️🤔

So I finished my period in the 6th and my cousin gave me a Nuvaring to try out. She loves this form of birth control and wanted me to try it. I don’t use birth control because I tend to get migraines and very sick from every kind even the lowest dose. I haven’t used birth control in over 12 years. I have sex regularly using pull out method with my boyfriend. Two days into wearing my ring I smelled a horrible smell and discharge down there. I was getting a headache and nausea. I decided to take it out the smell I mediately went away and the headache and nauseousness. Then yesterday I woke up feeling very sick very nauseous and lethargic. I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me I couldn’t pull it together and I just kept having to lay down. Then I had sex with my partner and he noticed some spotting. He said are you getting your period again? It was so little that I didn’t think much of it but then I started getting really sharp pains like little knives in my stomach. I made myself eat some dinner and finally got explosive diarrhea which I had all night and pain in my stomach and left side of my back. This isn’t period symptoms nor is it cramps like a period. I still have the pains and a full blown period. What’s going on with me???
