Sore Nipples

Last night, my husband and I set out to BD as I'm supposed to be within my window and ovulate tomorrow. We've been ttc for 8 cycles now. I logged sex and sore breasts since sore nipples aren't a symptom. I checked my symptom tracker and noticed I'm a week early for sore/tender breasts. It is literally just my nipples though and never experienced it this early in the cycle. It feels like they're being cut by shards of glass. I realize I may have ovulated earlier since I don't use Opks, but still too early for early pregnancy symptoms. Any thoughts?
