Sooo... I’m 17 and I weight 170 lbs. I feel horrible and nothing fits me and I want to make a change, I want to loose 20 pounds by June 8th, I know I can do this cause I have a lot of motivation and I really want to look slimmer, thinner and fit, so I would really appreciate if you ladies have any advice for me, like

-what exercises should I do?

-what type of diet should I follow?

-how many days a week should I exercise?

-how many times a Day should I eat?

-what should I eat?

Any advice will be really appreciated!!!
