Hurtful friends

I am pregnant and 20 years old and recently just told one of my closest friends the good news. We have been best friends since we were 11! His response was "you're actually keeping it? You're only 20! You're ruining your life" How am I supposed to respond to that? That is so rude and hurtful! I have been with my partner for 4 years, and we are engaged. Why can't friends just be happy for each other?
