I have a hard time peeing..😕

I don’t remember how long ago it started but every time I felt like I needed to pee I would go but yet nothing comes out and it really bothers me because I had to pee really badly 😕. I know this is weird but I really need help with this , I’ve been up sense 12 midnight and it’s now 3 in the morning I just can’t pee even if I just sit there and try . And then u go back to bed and it’s like “nope I gotta pee” Please help me and give me some advice if you can - thank you 💜
