Am I wrong?

So my husband and I have been married for 6 years and we have a 4 year old together. Every now and again he goes over to his male friend house and will stay there until 1 am. Although I know where he is and I can call him several times while he's there, I feel so disrespected when he stays there pass midnight! Like I get it..he's an adult and does not need a curfew, but screw that...get your f*&king ass home at an appropriate time you are married!!! I talked to him about this already and here it is 2:00 and he's still not here. Am I wrong in this situation?

I feel like you're overreacting a bit, if it isn't every week then let him have his time and you need to ask to have a girls day if he is gonna have these guys nights. He is an adult and he doesn't need a curfew, getting on his case isn't going to help. You said you can call him while he is there so it isn't like he's going completely silent and staying out

How often is it? Do you get to go hang out with your friends every now and then? If it's only once a month or so, I'd say it's not worth fighting over. Once a week or more, he shouldn't be doing it.

No not worth fighting over it. I think its normal he gets to hang with his friends till late ever once in a while. You should try and make some friends and do the same.

I think it is fair to tell him how you feel. However, how much do you really "need" him after midnight? If hanging with his friend is not screwing up the entire next day every time, I wouldn't think it would matter as much.

I don't think you are overreacting. I think that you have a right to be upset. This is just my personal opinion but if you and your hubby talk it over before he leaves and he tells you he will be back before midnight and is not, he's disrespecting you. Sure, guys need their time or whatever but if you made an arrangement with him before hand and he's out 2-3 hours later than that, I'd be pretty upset too. He's your hubby, and it's not a bad thing to want your husband home with you when you go to sleep. Don't stress it too much, and talk to him about this whenever he gets home or whenever you get the chance. Hope this helps.

Yes, I think ur overreacting... my situation is the other way around...my husband n I been together for almost 9yrs n been married for 3yrs..n he don't have a problem wit me hanging out late wit my fam n friends...we trust each other, n as long as I call him sometimes n checking on the kids n him while I'm out, he's okay wit it...
