period or implantation? TMI

I had a chemical pregnancy feb 15. and im patiently waiting for AF, however I did BD two times on cd 14 and 15, I had some cramps this morning but they went away. Now Im wondering if this is implantation since its really light . or if it’s AF. I missed my period and only went on to be 4 weeks & 3 days before i started bleeding. So now im waiting for AF to either show up because i’m about to be 21 in June, so if AF shows, great cus i’ll glady enjoy my 21st 😂 This is the spotting i got earlier in the bathroom
