fwb exclusively to each other

so I'm in fwb thing for a year now and I think like we are exclusive to each other, we only have sex and this kinda of thing to each other, but things aren't so great between me and him and I met this guy that right away after a week he already was telling me that he have feelings for me and he is so sweet and kind to me that I think that I may start having feelings for him or maybe I'm just feeling this way because I'm missing something from my fwb guy...

this is the first time that I'm in a fwb thing so I don't know if like I'm my situation that we exclusive to each other if I try something with this new guy is considered cheating..what are your thoughts?
