Menstrual cup recommendations
I had a paragard IUD inserted last month and it has made my period extremely heavy, like bleeding through a super tampon in an hour 😩 she recommended trying a menstrual cup. I was looking at them online and there are about 372926 different kinds lol which one do you recommend?
