What’s your work situation and are you happy with it?

Just curious what everyone else’s situation may look like! I have been a working and WAHM and it was great, currently a SAHM (waiting for my next job to start) and I LOVE my days with my dude but wish I had a bit more structure for myself, I like having goals and such to work toward during naps & the income is a plus too lol. But I dontthink I could spend the day at work, I know how much I would miss.

I am currently a SAHM and I would not change anything. I love staying home with my daughter. She's only four months and she is already changing everyday. I couldn't imagine leaving her with a nanny or anyone else right now. I do plan to return to my career as an educator when my daughter is two. By that time, I'll be done with my Master's and hopefully, I can go into a school counseling position instead of going back to the classroom. However, I will not leave her before she turns two. I am enjoying these moments with my baby girl! Being a SAHM also allows me to travel with my husband a lot more. He's a college coach and travels a lot.

SAHM and I love it! I love not setting an alarm to get up in the morning 😂 The time I spend with my son is worth more than any pay check to me. 
I'm not knocking any other moms out there. I'm just saying I love my life 💕

Being a WAHM has it's own set of challenges, but I wouldn't have it any other way. It would kill me to work outside the home and not see my son all day. Plus having something to focus on other than baby keeps my sanity! And of course having the extra $$ is great too!

I love being a working mom and am very proud of my personal and professional accomplishments. I have a 1yr old son and a 2yr old daughter. They are the best kids. I also work full time 3-11 shift as an RN supervisor for a 128 bed facility plus on call hrs. I usually have Sat-Mon off except when on call. And those days are a whirl wind of babies, family obligations, shopping and appointments. For me juggling all this is very rewarding. There are some days I’d love to stay home and play with my kids all day and some days I can’t wait to get out of the house but I love my life and wouldn’t change a thing!!

I work as a sub,  so I think I gave the best of both worlds. I can work and get income when I have a sitter I dnt have to pay (yay grandparents!). but I can make my own schedule and simply choose to not work if I want to stay home

I absolutely love being a WAHM. It not only gives me time to bond with my daughter but the company I work for is simply awesome. I do miss working alongside others sometimes. But honestly these moments with my daughter at home is all worth it. 💖😄

I'm a WAHM and for the most part I love it but there are sometimes I wish I could get  out and have some adult conversation.
