HELP !!!!

I don’t know where to put this so all guess am out it on here.

Ok I need some positive things right now and all tell you why and sorry if this is long I just need to let it out.

So I work with a so cry baby or a wanna cause drama I have to say. I work as a custodian and this guy I work with in an area literally forces me to help him rather I should be doing mine first. I finish my area at times then I usually go help him If he’s not done so I ask “Do you need any help “ or “Is thier anything that you would like me to do ?” His reply “No I can do it myself.” So I let him and now he’s going to our supervisor saying I don’t help him worth shit !!! Even though I try but he keeps forcing me not to help him.

For today while am doing my area he comes up to me saying “ Hey when your done with your area mine if you could help me today after ?” I said “ yes, I can do that.” Ohhh ohh just wait. So I take the trash out come back in and get the gum scrapper and he’s walking toward me saying “ You need to help me right now” I saying In a high anger voice saying “I need to do gum,sweep, and mop can you wait !” He saying “No this a community you need to help me first. You know what we can both look for gum right now all be back.”

He’s walking to get a gum scrapper and the stuff to get the gum off things. While he’s doing that am already done. I look up he’s talking to my boyfriend brother and I was like fuuck. So I started to get really mad and was like fine all help him since he’s spreading things about me. He walks up to me saying “Are we done looking for gum ?” I say kinda fighting now to yell “ Yes, what would you like me to do again ?” He repeats the same thing so I make sure he knows what he’s saying to me. So I do what he said.

Am pissed doing it and all. After awhile I get done and here comes another coworker we all hate as well the guy in my area stops what he’s doing and their both talking. They do this all the time and our bosses don’t do anything about them. I get done and go finish my area while their still talking to each other. Then boom !! Here comes our supervisor up to me saying “ hey umm so ..... saying to me that you take forever to take trash out and after that you don’t come up to help after words.” My reply back to him was honest saying “ Well I know am suppose to take trash out,check for gum, mop,sweep and anything else and once am done I go to see if he needs any help and usually he’s done. But I do ask is their anything you would like me to do or anything His reply back is either no or I can do it myself.” Supervisor saying “Well I know trash can take awhile but once your done doing that you should go up their and help him. And once your done with that both of you can help with your area.” Me “ Oh okay and if this doesn’t work out then I should let you know ASAP ??” Him “ yes and maybe at times all have him go outside and mow or something so yeah.”

We both go on our ways and am mopping I look around to see where the person in my area is he’s no ware inside he’s gone he did not help me mop,sweep or anything he clocked out. Am freaking pissed I was in this position before and I freaking hate it. I got my boyfriend in trouble cuz I’ve been telling him this and all. He’s even called the district and they just say oh talk to the principal and or your supervisors. We don’t cuz we know how it’s going to end with either one of them.

Am mad upset and I hate being in this and I want out. Oh also I wanted to be outside during the summer cuz I hate being indoors during the summer but nope guess am not going to be outside during the summer all be inside. Which I really hate am more of an outside person not inside. I’ve cried so much today and idk what to do. I get to talk to the over boss who’s really the boss and I already know am going to cry in front of him and all and my boyfriend said “ Good he’ll probably understand your position your in so don’t keep it in front of him let it out in front of him.” Agh I really hope this goes well for me getting away from the guy and hopefully going outside during the summer.
