I’m worried 😟 (Crying for help)

My Baby been popping really weird looking lately, I don’t know if i should take her to the hospital or if it’s Normal I’m alone i don’t have family just her father because i recently moved to another state I’m very worried on what can be causing this i haven’t changed anything and i haven’t add anything everything is the same and she wasn’t like this she recently also got her 4 month shots days after the shot this began happening im very concerned she doesn’t have fever and she isn’t acting weird but what can be causing her to pop this way

I also want to add that i gave her some apple sauce for 4 months she is 5 months recently turned on the 11 so

Please should i take her to the hospital?? Or is it normal.
