First gyno appointment

Okayyy so I’m gonna have my first appointment at the gynecologist, it’s just a check up but im kinda scared. I don’t like the idea of someone shoving things up my pussy, not do I wish to spread my legs in front of a stranger lol. Can you girls give me some tips/reassurements? Plus I’d like to know if my mom (I’m a minor) will be in the room too because, in case te gyno asks, I don’t want her to know I’m not a virgin anymore :)
