Do you have children?

I was browsing the comments, and I recognized a user from another group that I know does not have children. So, I wanted to see if there were others without children commenting on parenting in this room.

For the poll, do you have at least one child that you are a parent, step-parent, or guardian for?

As a follow-up question, do you believe the answer should by "yes" to give advice in this room? Let's be respectful toward all comments.

I go to this room to see advice from fellow parents/guadians. I would prefer opinions and experiences that come from actually raising children.

I have one and another on the way. Anytime I'm posting in here I want advice from other parents, not those without children. Unless you're a professional child minder, then I understand.

I do not have any children. I however have had babies and children in my life for as long as I can think back. So while I don't have the title of mommy I do carry the title of caregiver. I also have a few relatives who have me in place in their wills that if something were to happen to them I would get their kids. Nobody in their right mind would leave kids to a 20 yr old unless they thought that they knew what they were doing.
