I just had the Skyla IUD placed about a week ago, and me and my boyfriend have been talking about not using a condom for a while. I want to try him finishing inside me, but I am scared that I will end up having a pregnancy even though I have it. But how long should I wait until the IUD is in full effect? And how safe is it really?
