Nexplanon .. Please RESPOND

Can anybody tell me how to stop the bleeding on nexplanon? I been off of it for 4 months and when I got a period again it stayed on for 3 weeks, then it went to 2 weeks and stayed at that length, until one day when it came on it stayed on for 5 weeks and my Dr. advised me to take the pills with it. So its on now and it’s been really aggravating. I’m just doing a lot of bleeding and having blood clots.
