Need some after sex advice😩 (I’m lesbian)

Okay so, I’m a girl. Me and my girlfriend had sex 4 days ago and something weird is happening🙄. I happen to like things a little rough so when she was fingering me she went really hard, harder than normal and at the time I really liked it but as the night went on it kinda hurt so we slowed down and in the morning my shorts had blood on them like not a scary amount but not just a drop either. Now that was 4 days ago and since the second day after we did this my vagina has been feeling weird. Like fist of all that odd space in between my urethra and my vagina and my inner labia was irritated and it stung a little bit not really hurt just stung. Then my clitoris hood was feeling irritated too but not as bad. So I decided to put some AD ointment on the whole area to relieve the irritation. The irritation had gone away everywhere expect my clitoris hood and just that area in general now it’s beginning to get a little itchy and red and irritated. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’m 16 and I’ve already mentioned to my mom that I was feeling irritated but she doesn’t know I’m having sex and I’m really afraid of having a doctor look at my vagina and stuff. So should I be super concerned or just get some vagisil itch irritation cream and wait till the irritation goes away? I’m also one week away from my period. I’m gonna stop having any kind of sex till it’s resolved but it’s super weird telling my girlfriend why I can’t idek how to bring it up to her🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m not super stressed but I realize that maybe we should take things a little slower bc I might not feel sensitive in the moment, but I am very sensitive down there🤦🏻‍♀️
