Anybody dealing with severe hormonal acne?

Lord. Have. Mercy. 
I have spent so much money. Between a Clarisonic, and topical acne treatments. Vitamin C. Moisturizing. Should I just give up and realize I’m fighting a losing battle? It’s so embarrassing. Anyone have any luck with anything they’ve tried so far? My current situation below. 😑😩🤪

with my first I broke out and got glycolic peels which is very mild peel and safe while pregnant. cleared it up. with my second I broke out in the beginning bad and I got 1 peel after that was clear the whole pregnancy.this pregnancy no breakouts. check with your doctor of course. good luck.

Try using Aveeno sensitive skin facial wash! And moisturize with smaller than a pee size amount of coconut oil. And do face masks 3-5 times a week. Trust me don't put all those chemicals it does worse for your face!

Yes I’ve got back acne and chest acne! Never had this while a teenager but it’s unreal now at age 30! 😱

I'm ive it. I've given up. the same damn thing happened with my first . I'm hanging on to hope that it will clear up shortly after birth as it did with my first.

I had severe acne on my face, chest, and back as a teen. Even had prescription pills (didn’t work). But as an adult I still get pimples but it’s almost always those super hard and painful ones that are under the skin. I also breakout on my chest all the time, I use Burt’s Bee’s blemish stick. It’s a spot treatment and it always gets those huge ones to go away in less than 2 days, sooner if I catch it early. I use it all over on my chest as well. I also use a sensitive skin astringent on my face and chest after each shower. In the shower I use a maximum strength salicylic acid cream wash. I’ve had maybe 1 pimple on my face this pregnancy thus far and I’m 22w1d.

Yuuup. All over my chest as well. I've started getting more consistent with my skin care and have seen a small improvement (Burt's bees cleanser, AHA exfoliating serum) but at the end of the day, hormonal acne is so hard to treat, so I've just gotten used to it and treated myself to new makeup!

Omg I was dealing with that on my face and now its on my chest but i used cetaphil and witch hazel and the ultra repair cream from first aid beauty and it helps a lot...even the pre cleanse balm from Dermalogica is good

Yessss!!!! Although I haven’t had clear skin since I was 15...I’m about to be 30 😒 so half of my life I’ve had acne. So if your only dealing with it while pregnant...count your blessings! I wish I had some magical cream to recommend, sorry. But just know your definitely not alone!
