Pp hair loss or IUD side affects?

I'm 4 months pp and loosing my hair. In the shower, while it's drying, even after I do my hair so, much hair on the flooor! Even throughout the day I'm constantly loosing it. Is it pp hair loss or Marina IUD side affects?

My sister lost a lost a lot of hair after her second baby and she had just gotten the Mirena IUD.
She kept trying to talk to her Dr about it, but they kept dismissing it as a normal PP symptom...
well, for her it wasn't sadly. The combination of PP hormones mixed with the Mirena side effects kicked in a version of alopecia for her. Sadly, she is now permanently bald and wears a wig.
I would recommend seeing a dermatologist just to check if yours is "normal" hair loss or a larger issue. It's my understanding that her version of alopecia is rare and potentially genetic, so I don't mean to scare you...but the more info you have, the better.

I’m also 5 months PP, no IUD or any sort of birth control and my hair is falling so much ITS SCARY. 
I’m not worrying about it since I have heard from everyone around me and read that it’s completely normal.

I would say PP hair loss... But i say that because i have It too a year later.. and i have no IUD..
