Just Diagnosed

Hi I'm 22 and just got my diagnosis yesterday. In December, I got my first IUD after a decade on the pill, and things REALLY started going downhill. I had several cysts burst (on the same day 😱) back in January, so my doctor started monitoring me with transvaginal ultrasounds. I haven't gained a dramatic amount of weight yet, only about 30 lbs over the last two years. I don't want to give up my IUD, and my OBGYN gave me a prescription for spironolactone. Apparently my symptoms were latent while I was on the pill. Do any of you have advice for me?
