hashimoto thyoriditis

I've had hashimoto's disease since I was a teenager, but I've never been put on medication because my thyroid levels have always been normal. I'm wondering if my levels have changed. I'm incredibly tired, cold all the time, lack of weight loss, and a drastic decrease in my milk supply. I know these can all be normal pp things, but is there anyone with a similar situation? I haven't had my levels checked since 28 weeks, but I'm due for a recheck in a few weeks.
