Had anyone tried this? How well does it work? I want some real answers!
I want to start this new journey to being a fit mommy! I'm 4'12 and probably in like the 160's ( I don't even wanna step on the scale) 🤦🏽♀️ i have the IUD. Can it be makimg me gain weight? Before I got on it I was 150 & weigt 140 before pregnancy. I think I eat because I'm bored. I need help. I'm so tired of not fitting into all my jeans & only having one pair!
