Etopic pregnancy symptoms?

Hi,  i am curious as to how those who have had an etopic pregnancy found out it was?  And how far along?  And what symptoms lead up to that point of finding out? Thank you for your help!

I was 6 weeks pregnant..felt like constant gas. I was at the point where I couldn't stand at work. When I went home for the night I got sick. Went to the er and they told me I was pregnant..knowing I had the mirena and it was in place I told them it was impossible but they did a pregnancy test anyway and it showed up! U can die from a ruptured tube so I suggest going to the dr if u even have the slightest feeling!

I found out when I ended up in the er with a ruptured tube at 9 weeks.  I felt like I had very bad food poisoning but also very sharp pains in my lower abdomen. I've had a successful pregnancy since then (the ectopic was my first) and looking back I missed a big warning sign.  A few times during that first pregnancy I had these very sharp, intense pains shoot from my lower left abdomen down through my hip flexor.  At the time I thought it was round ligament pain but now I know it was the ectopic pregnancy. I also experienced the intense shoulder pain ectopics can cause but that was only about 6 hours after my tube ruptured.

My ectopic expierience was kinda unusual according to my MD, but here is what happened to me. I was about 6 to 7 weeks along when I found about my ectopic. I had expierienced some very light spotting during the first couple weeks of my pregnancy but because it wasn't bright red, I tried not to worry about it. I then had a sharp, burning pain in my left tube/uterus around week 5 but it was so short I thought it was my uterus stretching. I only went to the ER because I had started bleeding bright red blood but still had no pain or cramping at that time. I was stable enough that I didn't require surgery but did eventually get two shots of methotrexate. I had to wait about 4 days to get the shots because of abnormal bloodwork. In the days before I got the shot, I had started bleeding very heavily and had very painful period-like cramps that lasted until I passed a large clot. I think my body had naturally taken care of it but I still got the shots just in case. It took about six weeks for my period to return but I'm glad it finally did. Only six more weeks to go until I can try to get pregnant again. Hope this info helped.

TMI this is why I asked - Well about a week ago I had this burning feeling where my scar would be from my cesarean, but that went away. I was experiencing nausea for a few days then that went away recently. I have had a headache for the past three days and I take 3 Tylenol  to make it subside.  A sharp stabbing pain in my right side area for about 3 minutes last night.  Constantly tired..  And tonight my right shoulder started hurting, it's like a burning feeling in between  my shoulder and neck.  I have a yeast infection that came on 4 days ago out of no where that the cream seems to be making worse and spotting a pink to light brown blood for past 3 days.
